We are looking for dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join our team in the West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a background in hospital or acute care to work flexible shifts across various settings.
Days: Mondays - Sundays (including Bank Holidays)
Hours: A range of shift patterns available, from 4-hour to 12-hour shifts to suit your availability
Location: West Midlands
Computer System: Adastra
Experience Required:
- Must have hospital/acute care experience
- A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nursing and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care
- Provide personal care, monitor vital signs, and support patients with daily activities
- Assist in medical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Maintain accurate patient records using the Adastra system
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient outcomes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Proven experience working in hospital or acute care settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
