LOCUM GP OPPORTUNITY β NORTH WEST BIRMINGHAM
We are currently looking for an experienced GP to provide locum cover at one of our friendly and well-established GP surgeries in North West Birmingham.
This is a great opportunity for a GP looking for flexible morning sessions within a supportive primary care environment.
The Opportunity
Location: North West Birmingham
Days: Wednesday and Friday mornings
Computer System: EMIS Web
Parking: Onsite parking available
Sessions Available
- Wednesday: 09:00β12:00
The Role
The successful GP will provide general practice services within a supportive primary care setting.
The role may include:
- Face-to-face consultations
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis and management
- Management of acute and long-term conditions
- Prescribing and medication management
- Referrals where clinically appropriate
- Reviewing investigation results
- Clinical administration and follow-up
- Working collaboratively with the wider practice team
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical records
About You
We are looking for an experienced GP who has:
- GMC registration with a licence to practise
- Previous experience working within UK General Practice
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied patient caseload
- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
- Experience working within a primary care environment
- A professional and reliable approach to locum work
