We are working with a rapidly growing electronic distributor based in the Burnley area, now seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 working from home. Having taken the UK market by storm, this business now partners with over 700 companies, supplying some of the highest quality products nationwide. The Role
Reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across both the sales and warehouse distribution functions. You’ll offer guidance on all people-related matters, ensure HR policies and processes are adhered to, and manage employee data and reporting to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and support stakeholders on a range of HR and employee relations issues
- Ensure compliance with current employment legislation and company policies
- Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports to inform decision-making
- Support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, absence management, and policy queries
- Promote best practices and contribute to HR process improvements

- Previous HR advisory or administrative experience is essential
