Our client is looking for a retail sales manager or department manager to join their team in this fast paced, high sales revenue arena. The company is known for its great culture and how they treat their teams. Are you a people focused leader who can motivate and influence a large retail team in multiple sites to drive service, engagement and sales?

Our client is a global leader in luxury retail who can offer great training, accelerated progression and the opportunity for a great work/life balance. You may come from any retail background where you can demonstrate your people focus and where you make a difference to your teams performance and sense of job satisfaction. Service focused/luxury would be ideal, however, this is all about personality.

In return, the company offers a competitive salary of up to £33,000, complemented by a performance-related annual bonus of up to £4,000. There is a generous benefits package including 33 days holiday, 6% matched pension, life assurance to name a few. Shifts are 07.00 - 15.30.
