I am supporting my client based in Preston with their search for an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic role for a true generalist looking to build on their experience already gained. Reporting into and working closely with the Head of HR you will provide trusted advice and guidance to Managers, ensuring all HR practices are effective, consistent and in line with employment legislation. Below is an overview of the things you will do in this role: Taking ownership in the delivery of HR projects Contributing to the creation and updating of HR policies Reporting on HR metrics, and using this data to inform decision making Advising Managers on employee relations issues Delivering coaching sessions to Managers Working with Managers to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed Driving forwards a variety of engagement related initiatives Working with the broader people team to deliver an efficient service to the business This is a brilliant role for someone looking to join a business that genuinely care about their people.
