  • Act as the primary Health & Safety authority, enforcing safe systems of work and company procedures at all times
  • Prepare and approve company RAMS, and review and sign off subcontractor RAMS
  • Manage Permit to Work and Isolation procedures across all site activities
  • Identify, mitigate, and report risks, escalating any significant issues or delays to the Project Manager or Technical Director
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to plan works and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
  • Attend Head Office meetings in Derbyshire as required for project handovers and team briefings
  • Represent the business professionally, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Carry out pre-start inspections and post-completion checks to ensure all works meet Rehlko quality standards

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction or industrial M&E environments
  • SMSTS certification (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and current Health & Safety legislation
  • Experience managing subcontractors, enforcing RAMS, and leading site operations
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a professional, client-facing approach
  • Good IT proficiency, including experience with systems such as ERP and SharePoint
  • Desirable: experience within power generation or wider M&E sectors

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary dependent on experience
  • Company vehicle
  • Private healthcare
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Death in service benefit
  • Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme
