About the Role

As our Construction Manager, you’ll take ownership of all on-site delivery activity for our critical power projects. This includes planning site logistics, managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and, importantly, leading and supporting a team of Site Managers to ensure consistency across the board. You’ll work closely with our Project Managers, Engineers and wider delivery teams to bring complex designs to life across the UK.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing multiple project sites and the Site Managers running them
  • Driving high standards in HSEQ across all activities
  • Coordinating subcontractors, materials and internal resources
  • Leading site progress meetings and reporting into senior leadership
  • Managing site documentation (RAMS, logs, daily records)
  • Representing Rehlko as the client-facing lead on live sites
  • Supporting commissioning and project handovers
  • Mentoring and developing Site Managers across the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in construction/site/project management, ideally in M&E or generator installations
  • Confident managing multiple teams and project sites simultaneously
  • SMSTS, CSCS (manager level) and First Aid qualified
  • Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans
  • Flexible to travel and stay away when needed
