A truly outstanding opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, covering 3 accounts within the Manufacturing Sector across different locations in the Midlands. Our client is a global leader in the Recruitment Industry, renowned for providing professional recruitment services to companies of all sizes and boasting an exceptional client base.
You will need to display the following personal attributes to succeed in the role:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, comfortable working with clients and colleagues at all levels

- Able to respond well to pressure, tight deadlines, and flexible hours to achieve objectives
You will be expected to:
- Understand the main drivers, dynamics, and direction of your accounts
- Ensure the account team qualifies job roles or service requirements, including budgets, timescales, expectations, and costs with the client
- Ensure client invoicing is in accordance with contract terms and timescales
- Act as a point of referral for escalation of client issues
- Perform regular service and performance reviews with clients at all levels
- Create, manage, and maintain key client contacts at all levels
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and facilitate meetings
- Ensure DSO performance aligns with contractual terms
- Manage all contracts in a compliant manner, overseeing audit and quality processes
- Recognize opportunities to improve profitability
- Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities within the business operations

- Leading remote, onsite complex businesses, delivering core and innovative recruitment solutions
- Managing corporate accounts with large volumes of temps, permanent, and contract recruitment services
