Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) Recruitment Professionals is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly, family-run nursery in Sanderstead (South Croydon).
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about providing outstanding childcare and supporting children's learning and development within a nurturing environment.
The Role As a Nursery Practitioner, you will deliver high-quality care and education for children, supporting their development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
You will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment while building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children.
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress and development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
- 2–3 years' experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- Passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Energetic, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional childcare.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
