The Role
We are looking for an experienced legal professional with a strong background in probate and private client work. The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, with a particular emphasis on probate matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of probate and private client matters.
- Handling probate applications and estate administration.
- Providing high-quality advice and support to clients.
- Managing matters from initial instruction through to completion.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other relevant parties.
- Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Probate Fee Earner.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience of probate and estate administration.
- Experience within private client law.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Salary
£35,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
