We are looking for two experienced Conveyancers to join an established legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious legal professionals looking for career progression and long-term opportunities within a growing practice.
One of the positions may suit a qualified Solicitor who is ready to take on additional leadership responsibilities, with potential progression into a Head of Department role and potentially MLRO responsibilities in the future.
Key Details
- Location: Wallasey
- Salary: £40,000+ depending on experience
- Working pattern: Predominantly office-based
- Hybrid working: 1–2 days from home per week may be considered following successful completion of a 6-month probation period
- Positions available: 2
- Progression: Partnership potential in 2027 for the right candidate
About You
We are seeking experienced conveyancing professionals with a strong background in residential or relevant property conveyancing.
Ideally, at least one successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with the experience and ambition to take on departmental leadership responsibilities.
You should have:
- Strong conveyancing experience
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A professional and commercially minded approach
- Ambition to progress within a growing legal practice
