The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging senior professionals while developing long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Researching and mapping markets to identify high-calibre senior professionals
Conducting targeted headhunting campaigns
Approaching and engaging passive candidates
Building relationships with senior executives and industry leaders
Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements
Managing searches from initial briefing through to successful placement
Interviewing and assessing senior-level candidates
Using networking, LinkedIn, market research and direct outreach to source talent
Advising candidates throughout the interview and selection process
Learning how to negotiate and close high-value recruitment assignments
Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client network
Building your personal reputation and expertise within your chosen market
Working towards individual revenue and performance targets
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with ambitious individuals who are:
2024 graduates with commercial, sales or customer-facing experience
2025 graduates with a 2:1 degree or above
2026 graduates on track for a 2:1 or above
Confident, articulate and comfortable communicating with senior professionals
Highly motivated by financial rewards and career progression
Competitive and driven to achieve ambitious targets
Resilient and comfortable operating outside of their comfort zone
Naturally curious and interested in business, people and different industries
Hungry to build a long-term career within a high-value professional services environment
Previous recruitment, sales or cold-calling experience is beneficial but not essential .
We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate competitiveness through sport, leadership, university societies, entrepreneurial projects or other extracurricular achievements .
