The Role
As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top‑tier talent into leading organisations. From day one, you will gain exposure to high-level business conversations and develop specialist market expertise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting in-depth market research and mapping senior professionals across global markets
- Identifying and headhunting high‑calibre candidates for key client mandates
- Building long‑term relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting senior consultants on live searches and client projects
- Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to clients
- Developing a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends
