Are you an experienced Mortgage Administrator keen to support a small team of experienced HNW Mortgage Brokers? We have a great opening to join a fast-paced team where you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth client journey through the mortgage process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage mortgage cases from application to completion
- Prepare and submit applications to lenders
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors & valuers
- Keep CRM systems accurate and up to date
- Handle case progression, payments & completion checks
Experience required:
- Minimum 18 months experience in an independent mortgage administration role.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive approach
- Comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of mortgage processes – experience of multiple lenders etc
