Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for general inquiries across all communication channels.
  • Evaluate incoming emails, addressing common queries and escalating matters to appropriate individuals when necessary.
  • Follow up on tasks both internally and externally, ensuring accurate and timely updates are provided to relevant parties.
  • Assist in generating documentation for internal and external needs.
  • Aid in data audits and the renewal of accreditations.
  • Perform data entry tasks across various systems and see them through to completion.
  • Arrange the acquisition, setup, and allocation of assets, supplies, tools, equipment, and technical items as needed.
  • Monitor upcoming document, accreditation, and insurance expirations, issuing reminders as necessary.
  • Initiate purchase orders and coordinate deliveries as required.
  • Support compliance efforts by conducting license checks, organizing sub-contractor information, facilitating approvals, and overseeing site audit tracking and reporting.
  • Provide administrative coverage across all departments as requested.
  • Manage day-to-day procurement operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and uphold high supplier performance standards.
  • Maintain records of purchasing activities, including suppliers, purchase orders, and requests.
  • Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure consistent flow of stock and services, expediting solutions for shortages, and reporting issues as needed.
  • Enforce adherence to purchasing protocols according to company standards and contribute to enhancements for increased efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience desired:

  • Engagement in project-based tasks
  • Business Administration degree or equivalent practical background
  • Basic understanding of electrical equipment
  • Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration or comparable practical expertise
  • Proficiency in engaging with external partners
  • Skilled in data manipulation and report generation

Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 Hours (Office-Based)
