Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a publishing company in Sevenoaks who are actively seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for their team. This is an incredibly friendly business and they are keen to see people who would like to work in a team.
Duties:
- Manage accounts payable invoicing
- Control of staff expenses and petty cash
- Posting of bank statements with accounting system
- Support with process journals (accruals / prepayments)
- Process credit card expenditure analysis
- Prepare payment runs and upload payment
- Support with incoming enquiries from employees, Managers and company Directors
- Adhere to legislative requirements
- Continue to learn and develop research techniques that enable you to do the job effectively and efficiently
Salary and other information:
£30,000 - £32,000
