We’re supporting a highly respected and growing wealth management firm in Cheshire as they look to welcome a talented Financial Planning Administrator to their close-knit team.

The role:

As a key member of the team, you’ll provide vital support to advisers and paraplanners, ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and maintaining client records and documentation
  • Processing new business and ongoing client transactions
  • Liaising with providers and clients to ensure a smooth experience
  • Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow-up
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in systems and service delivery

We’re looking for someone who:
