Phoenix Talent Partners is representing a growing Financial Planning business in the appointment of an experienced Senior IFA Administrator.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the person Advisers can rely on and takes pride in keeping the advice process running smoothly.
THE ROLE
Working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and Compliance, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support across the full advice process, including:
🔹 Processing applications and transactions
🔹 Managing client and policy administration
🔹 Liaising with providers and third parties
🔹 Using provider platforms and industry systems
🔹 Maintaining accurate client records
🔹 Ensuring cases progress efficiently and to a high standard
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for an experienced IFA Administrator with:
✔️ Strong experience supporting Financial Advisers
✔️ Good understanding of the financial planning / advice process
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Experience with provider platforms and industry technology
✔️ Strong organisation and time management
✔️ A proactive, team-focused approach
✔️ A genuine commitment to delivering excellent service
