Overview
The Site Manager is responsible for the seamless operation and security of the academy environment. The role leads health and safety management and oversees day-to-day operational effectiveness of the site to maintain a safe, clean, and secure learning environment for students and staff.
Responsibilities
- Lead health and safety management across the academy site, including risk assessments and secure operating procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, maintenance, security, and supervision of the site and cleaning teams.
- Coordinate with facilities contractors and service providers to ensure optimal site functioning.
- Monitor and improve the cleanliness, safety, and accessibility of the site for students and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience in site management or facilities management in an educational or similar setting.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
