Our client is looking for a Mid level OR Senior level Front-end developer to help them expand their property technology business. They are the home of information for the Real Estate industry - connecting individuals with company information through its digital platform. Backed by angel investment from leading professionals in the Real Estate industry and expanding rapidly: 17,000 members, 450+ companies providing content, Global platform, used by professionals around the world.
The role is based near Liverpool Street Station. They are looking for a Mid Level OR a Senior level front-end developer to lead the development.
Responsibilities:
- Developing new user-facing features
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
- Translating designs and wireframes and turning them into high quality code
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Skills:
- HTML/CSS/SASS
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
- Experience with popular state management workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
- Experience with data structure libraries
- Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
- Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
