As a Floor Manager at Nakanojo, you’ll be at the heart of the action, setting the tone for an epic dining experience. Your mission? Keep the good vibes rolling, helping conduct your floor team to success, keep the plates flying, and our guests grooving with delight.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead, inspire, and guide the floor staff to deliver top-notch service.
  2. Be the life of the restaurant, greeting and engaging guests with infectious enthusiasm.
  3. Manage reservations, seating, and ensure a smooth flow of service.
  4. Keep the energy high and the ambiance electric throughout every shift.
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless food and drink service.
  6. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and any hiccups with charm and grace.
  7. Maintain a party-perfect atmosphere by overseeing cleanliness and organisation.
  8. Ensure staff are aligned with the restaurant’s vision and customer-focused approach.
  9. Ensure you and your team are scoring 5-star reviews online daily.

  11. Support the management to achieve the targets & KPIs.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is a plus, but if you’ve got the energy and passion, we’re all ears!
  2. A natural born leader with a knack for motivating and mentoring a team.
