Working closely with the Store Director, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a best-in-class customer experience while contributing to the store's commercial success.

Profil

- Previous management or supervisory experience within fashion, premium, or lifestyle retail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
- Passionate about people, product, and performance
- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
