Ob/Gyn generalists or hospitalists needed for the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Women’s Health/Montefiore Health System. Our objective is to recruit clinically competent and compassionate physicians/educators who are dedicated to the provision of care for the local community in Bronx County and Westchester County, with a focus on the unique health needs of our patients, as impacted by the social determinants of health.
Montefiore Health System is the academic medical center and University Hospital for Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is nationally recognized for clinical excellence—breaking new ground in research, training the next generation of healthcare leaders, and delivering science-driven, patient-centered care. Candidates should have an interest in teaching medical students, residents, fellows, and advanced practice providers (NP/PA). Full-time position(s) include:
- General Obstetrics and Gynecology faculty practice which includes clinical and surgical obstetrics and gynecology, outpatient obstetrics and gynecology care, obstetrics and gynecology emergency services.
- Option for Obstetrics only practice comprised of hospital shift coverage (75%) and outpatient prenatal care (25%).
- Option to customize and tailor individual areas of interest (e.g. clinical research, community health, public health, global health) into our clinical care model, with the goal of fulfilling individual, personal career goals.

- Opportunity to work in a large, thriving department with support from nine academic divisions including: Family Planning, Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery, Fetal Medicine and Ultrasound, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, Reproductive and Medical Genetics.

In addition to a competitive salary of $305,000-525,000, we offer the opportunity to increase income with additional call responsibilities and productivity incentives. LTD, STD, paid malpractice, health, dental, vision and a 403(b) are also offered.
