We have an exciting role on offer within our Resident and Business Support service as a Revenues and Benefits Assistant/Officer. Are you ready to take on a high-impact role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Revenues and Benefits Assistant/Officer to drive excellence across our Revenue Services – the backbone of the Council’s income management. This is your chance to shape how we collect millions in Council income streams, including Business Rates and other key revenues. You’ll be part of a talented team, champion digital change, and ensure compliance while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

This is an exciting opportunity in an ever-changing revenues environment. The role is interchangeable within Resident and Business Support and provides an ideal opportunity for development. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of working in a business rates environment. This is a re-advertised position.
