This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Senior Leadership Team in Children's Services, as we continue to improve our services for children in Middlesbrough.
We are ambitious and excited for the next stage of our development and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced social work practitioner who is innovative and has a clear vision of what high quality social work practice looks like. We are looking for someone who can successfully translate that excellent practice into transformational leadership, with a proven ability to lead teams to deliver on our shared vision.

You will join supportive, committed and caring colleagues within our extended leadership team who are working together to improve the life chances of our children and young people.
This is one of several senior leadership appointments we are making at the moment, in order to realise our ambitious vision for our children. You will have the opportunity to shape our services, alongside like-minded colleagues, and contribute to meaningful systems leadership across the town.
