Opportunity to join a successful business with a global reputation for innovative products used in the commercial and domestic sectors, enjoying an international client base of 20+ countries. Headquartered in the North East, they now require an accomplished and driven Sales Manager to oversee the UK market.

The successful candidate must be prepared to travel extensively and be away from home 2-3 nights per week. The current UK client base consists of DIY outlets, retailers, e-commerce vendors, and trade wholesalers. There is exceptional growth potential within organisations such as social housing associates, contractors, and local authorities.

The purpose of this role is to support the telesales team, external field agents, and contribute towards business aims throughout the UK. Experience within a similar role is required, as well as exceptional levels of self-motivation, a stable employment history, superb written and verbal communication skills, and a high degree of commercial acumen.

The company will offer a competitive, negotiable basic salary, commission structure, company car (or car allowance), laptop, and mobile phone. There is a contributory pension scheme, and you will receive full and ongoing training and support to help you achieve maximum success. Although advantageous, it is not essential to be North East based; however, frequent visits to Head Office will be necessary.
