This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business that operates on an International basis. You will be working in the Beauty industry within state of the art offices! Due to continued growth, they are recruiting for a confident and professional Customer Services Adviser.
The role of Customer Services Adviser is a key role within the business and you will have outstanding communication skills and a wealth of experience within Customer Services. So…. What we need are the following attributes:
- Experience of Logistics systems and processes
- Ability to operate in a fast moving environment
- Ability to manage various projects and implement new systems and business processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Committed and enthusiastic at all times!
The role of Customer Services Adviser is an incredibly busy one and it will be a real “Hands On” role. Some of the duties will include:
- Identify trends and report statistical information back to Management meetings
- Manage key accounts and deal with any issues and ensure they are resolved immediately
- Daily use of CRM systems and processing orders to set timescales
- Assist with all escalated complaints and issues
- Dealing with all inbound calls from clients and handle any complaints or issues
The suitable candidate for the Customer Services Adviser will enjoy working in a dynamic and exciting working environment and of course be passionate about Customer Services! Also would be great if you have worked within FMCG and have Export experience.
