40 hours per week, over 5 days. Full flexibility Monday to Sunday.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be responsible for the store image at all times, ensuring it is attractive, commercial and aligned with MANGO standards.
- Apply visual merchandising standards and guidelines throughout the store.
- Carry out store changes efficiently and in an organised manner.
- Optimise selling space using commercial tools to analyse performance and maximise profitability.
- Monitor sales figures and key performance indicators to make product-focused decisions.
- Adapt displays and product presentation in response to sales performance and customer demand.
- Understand the customer profile, product potential and competitors' commercial strategies.
- Ensure the store has the right product through effective replenishment and additional orders.
- Communicate new products, merchandising updates and stock opportunities with the store team.
- Work closely with the management team, providing support on specific store responsibilities when required.
ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for someone with solid visual merchandising experience within the fashion retail industry. You are commercially driven, passionate about fashion and have a strong eye for detail. You enjoy creating inspiring store environments, have excellent communication skills and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. You are organised, adaptable and able to perform well under pressure while meeting deadlines.
