Overview

We have an opportunity available for Support Workers to join the team at Hartley Place and Hollymere based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire.

Salary: £13.12 per hour

Hartley Place

Hours: 15 hour 1-1 role working Monday, Wednesday and Saturday (10am-3pm) & weekend Bank staff, working a mix of shifts: 8am-2pm and 3pm-10pm.

Hollymere

Hours: 20 weekly, working a mix of shifts: 8am-2pm and 3pm-10pm, includes alternate weekends.

Look no further than working with us here at Making Space! As a Support Worker in Extra Care you'll be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own apartments.

From medication assistance to accessing the community and domestic tasks, your days will be varied, and no two days will be the same. That's why we're looking for someone who can think on their feet and truly understand our clients' needs with a big smile that lights up our service users' faces.

We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with our service users and fellow colleagues. If you're the type of person who finds joy in the little moments of life and can ensure our tenants are living a full and happy life, then we want to hear from you!

Qualifications

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
