We have an opportunity available for Bank Support Workers to join the team at our extra care service Harpers Green, based in Padgate, Warrington WA2 0YN. Hourly Rate: £13.12

Responsibilities

As a Support Worker in Extra Care, you will be supporting adults on a person‑centred basis to live independently in their own apartments. Your duties will include medication assistance, accessing the community, and helping with domestic tasks. You will assist individuals with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing, empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. A kind, flexible approach is required as you will also provide emotional support and encouragement to help these individuals build their confidence and self‑esteem.

Qualifications

Prior industry experience and specific qualifications are not required. On joining Making Space, you will receive step‑by‑step on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications as desired and required for your role. We seek individuals whose personal values align with our mission.
