We have an opportunity available for a Full Time Senior Support Worker to join the team at our Knowsley Supported Living Service, Bluebell Lane based in Huyton, Liverpool, L36 7XY. The team provide a 24 service for people with a mental health diagnosis and will support people in crisis short term for up to 2 years to a point where they can move on. The service also provides a crisis emergency bed.
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 36 hours weekly

Responsibilities include supervising and delegating tasks to a dedicated team of support workers, ensuring that values-based support is delivered to the highest standards. You will be supporting adults with various conditions including LD, dementia, mental health and other physical conditions on a person-centered basis, from following care plans to administering medication and assisting with daily living.
Qualifications include previous Support Worker experience, as you will supervise staff members and ensure values-based support is delivered to the highest standard. Tasks will include following a care plan, medication administering, accessing the community & domestic tasks such as support with shopping and daily living tasks.
