An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor (6–10 years’ PQE) to join a dynamic and ambitious Birmingham city centre law firm. This is a hands-on role within a growing disputes team, offering exposure to high-quality work and genuine progression opportunities. The successful candidate will be a confident, commercially astute litigator who can act as a safe pair of hands while supporting the continued growth of the department. The caseload is broad and varied, covering all aspects of commercial litigation, including:
- Contractual disputes (including breach of contract and enforcement matters)
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Director and boardroom disputes
- Debt recovery and enforcement action
- Bankruptcy and corporate insolvency matters
- Professional negligence claims
- Misrepresentation and fraud-related disputes
- Injunctive relief applications
- Contentious matters arising from supply chain, logistics and distribution arrangements
- Disputes within regulated sectors
