\n The successful candidate will join an established and highly regarded disputes practice, advising a broad range of national and international clients on complex and high-value commercial disputes.

\n You will have the opportunity to:
\n Take a leading role within the Birmingham commercial litigation team.
\n Develop and grow your existing client following with the support of an international firm.
\n Advise major corporates, institutions, shareholders, directors and other sophisticated clients on complex commercial disputes.
\n Work alongside lawyers across the firm's international network on cross-border matters.
\n Play an active role in the continued growth and strategic development of the Birmingham disputes practice.
\n Build relationships with new clients and identify opportunities to expand your practice.

\n A strong track record in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
\n An established and credible client following.
\n A proven ability to generate and develop new business.
\n Excellent technical and commercial skills.
\n Strong relationships within the corporate and professional services market.
\n The ambition to grow their practice as part of an international law firm.
\n A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across teams and jurisdictions.
\n A portable practice is important for this appointment, although the firm is equally interested in understanding the quality and potential of your client relationships and future pipeline.
