We’re seeking a highly organised and confident Personal Assistant (PA) to support members of the senior leadership team within a fast-paced, high-profile business environment. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to play a central role in a forward-thinking, innovative company during an exciting phase of growth and development.
The Role
As the PA to senior management, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the executive office run smoothly. You’ll be relied upon to manage schedules, communications, and key administrative tasks, all while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to members of the senior leadership team
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, travel, events and conference calls
- Coordinate national and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and track follow-up actions
- Act as the main point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents to a high standard
- Organise corporate events and VIP visits, ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle confidential information with the utmost sensitivity and discretion
- Process expenses and manage executive budgeting activities
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the leadership team and take initiative
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant at senior or board level
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Discreet, professional and able to handle confidential information confidently
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving and evolving business environment
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach to work
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or technical environment is advantageous but not essential
