About the role: We are seeking a warm, professional and guest‑focused Food & Beverage Server to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our Food & Beverage operation, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, providing attentive service, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality.
You will support day‑to‑day restaurant and bar operations, serve food and beverages with care and precision, and create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances each guest’s visit. Whether delivering seamless table service, offering menu recommendations, or responding to guest requests, you will help ensure every experience is polished, relaxed and memorable.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with kitchen, bar and front‑of‑house colleagues to maintain smooth service flow and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation.
What you will do:
- Deliver warm, genuine and efficient service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and confidently, providing informed recommendations where appropriate
- Serve food and drinks to brand standards, ensuring quality, timing and presentation are consistently high
- Set up, maintain and clear tables and service areas to a polished and organised standard
- Handle payments and point‑of‑sale systems with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
- Resolve guest issues with professionalism, discretion and care
- Uphold brand standards, values and service procedures at all times
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage or customer‑facing hospitality role is preferred, but not essential
- A genuine passion for service and creating memorable dining experiences
- Friendly, confident and professional communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues
- Reliability, flexibility and a strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of food, beverage or wine is an advantage, but training will be provided
