The role: Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director, the Senior Director of Public Relations & Marketing will provide strategic leadership for all Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Content, Social Media, Partnerships, and Brand activity across both properties. As a key member of the Commercial and Senior Leadership teams, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies that enhance brand awareness, strengthen reputation, drive demand, and contribute to commercial performance across rooms, restaurants and bars, spa and wellness, meetings and events, and destination experiences. This role requires a highly collaborative leader who combines creativity, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills.
What you will do:
- Develop and lead the integrated Public Relations and Marketing strategy for both properties, ensuring alignment with business priorities and revenue objectives.
- Drive awareness, consideration, and demand through impactful campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
- Partner closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations, and Food and Beverage leaders to identify opportunities and deliver commercially focused initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, website performance, email marketing, and brand storytelling.
- Build and maintain influential relationships with media, journalists, content creators, luxury partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Develop strategic partnerships, collaborations, and activations that strengthen brand relevance and drive engagement.
- Lead brand positioning and creative direction across all guest facing communications and campaigns.
- Oversee photography, videography, creative production, and content creation across both properties.
- Manage agency partners and specialist suppliers, ensuring excellent execution, value, and return on investment.
- Support reputation management and lead communication strategies during issues or crisis situations when required.
- Develop, coach, and inspire a talented multi property team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting while demonstrating clear commercial impact.
What you bring:
- Significant leadership experience within Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or Brand Management.
- Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies for luxury, hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of paid, owned, and earned media disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading high performing teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to business performance.
- Strong media relations experience and established industry networks.
