As a Repair Technician for our calibration products, you will perform repairs and modifications on customers' reference equipment to component level, support the calibration laboratory and ensure maintenance and corrective actions are carried out. You will work with other teams to achieve KPI’s and objectives. Follow and support the ISO 17025 Quality Standard.
Responsibilities
- Repair customers' instruments, often to component level.
- Provide solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures.
- Follow documentation to test PCA’s to ensure performing to specification.
- Communicate service issues and delays with supervisors and peers including customer call centres and technical support.
- Expected to work with a limited degree of supervision within defined processes and procedures.

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' work experience in electronics repair, familiarity with calibration equipment preferred.
- HNC / HND in Electrical Electronics.
- Capable of interpreting documents (schematics/drawings) and standard work instructions.
- Strong PC skills. Be fully conversant with MS Office packages with working knowledge of Excel.
