As Managing Director, EMEA, you will lead Accruent’s regional business to drive growth, profitability, and customer success. You will shape regional strategy and accelerate go-to-market execution across Europe, balancing direct and partner-led growth. You’ll oversee sales, account management, customer success, and solutions consulting while aligning with global priorities. Responsibilities

  • Set regional growth strategy and ensure profit & performance targets in EMEA.
  • Lead direct sales, account management, and customer success to achieve ARR, retention, and pipeline goals.
  • Orchestrate go-to-market processes including forecasting, territory planning, and deal governance.
  • Drive value-based selling, new logo acquisition, and expansion in core European markets.
  • Partner with the Partner Leader to execute a unified partner-led growth model.
  • Oversee customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term value, improving retention metrics.
  • Guide Solutions Consulting to support the sales cycle with demonstrations and industry-specific expertise.
  • Build and scale a high-performing regional team and foster collaboration with global teams.
  • Identify strategic growth opportunities in priority European markets and manage ecosystem relationships.
  • Drive governance, pricing strategy, and compliance in line with regional requirements.

Key requirements

  • Senior leadership experience in a regional or large business unit within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Proven ability to lead commercial functions including sales, account management, customer success, and pre-sales.
  • Strong understanding of European markets across UK, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, France, Ireland.
  • Experience with direct and partner-led commercial motions and collaboration with regional/global partners.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and strong commercial discipline.
