Our client based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire is the largest independent manufacturer. They are currently seeking MIG Welders to add to their expanding growing team. In the role you will be welding company products to a high standard.

The working hours are based on a regular day shift: 7am - 6pm between Monday to Friday, 4 days a week. The pay rate varies between £8.30 and £10 per hour, depending on experience. The candidate will attend a weld test to assess the skills prior to the start date.

MIG Welder duties will include:

  • Reading, and working from drawings
  • General MIG Welding duties
  • Understand specification sheets
  • Marking out
  • Adherence to Health and Safety rules and regulations
  • Responsible for cleanliness and housekeeping standards in own area

To be a successful candidate you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Previously worked in the welding industry
  • Great communication skills
  • Have the relevant welding documents
