My clients are market leaders in the production of specialised packaging and print, though this only tells a fraction of the story of this organisation. Traditionally a packaging provider, they have diversified into supplying specialist products into a diverse range of sectors.

Initially, you will be expected to understand the company products and clients, working alongside the current sales and project management team. You must be able to read technical drawings, and an understanding of the steel and engineering industry would be beneficial.

Selling to new and existing clients throughout the UK and globally, you will have the desire to break into new markets. You will have experience in a similar role and be based within commutable distance of the Mansfield Head Office, as you will be office-based when not visiting clients in the UK and abroad.

Your target will be to maintain the excellent growth of recent years and bring new markets into play, as well as developing the current clients. This opportunity is one that is rarely presented, as the role is a designate director role; once established in the business, you will be offered the chance to join the board.

Excellent package based on your current package and experience, with the wider opportunity to join a company with leading-edge technology and the chance to gain equity in a highly profitable business.
