Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Effective and efficient planning of field-based engineers
- Scheduling work for field-based engineers
- Ensuring engineers' diaries are efficiently planned
- Arranging site access for engineers to ensure agreed response times are met
- Maintaining service management system with correct, concise information
- Day-to-day liaison with engineers reporting on scheduled progress
- Dealing with client and internal calls/emails and resolving queries efficiently
- Reporting all customer complaints
Skills and attributes:
- Previous experience within a Scheduler position
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Confident user of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
