Here at Every Step Recruitment, Office Support, we are delighted to be supporting our Client with their immediate requirement for Customer Service Advisors to join their team on a temporary basis.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling high-volume, incoming Customer calls
- Responding to email queries
- Resolving the Customer query / request from start to finish
- Proactively introduce products and services
- Maintaining Customer records
- Adhering to the Company’s compliance policies and procedures
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar, telephone-focused Customer Service role
- A professional and friendly approach
- Excellent listening skills
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- A pro-active approach to personal development
- Available immediately for full time work
