Join us as our FLT Driver within our Burton-upon-Trent Palletforce Site. In this role you will report to the warehouse manager ensuring loads are loaded to leave on time and are in line with H&S Requirements.
The Salary
Salary range is £29,066.30 - £31,317.86 depending on grade.
Additional Incentives: £128.75 weekly attendance bonus, Christmas bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general day to day duties - including but not limited to:
- Ensuring vehicles are loaded correctly and able to meet the customer requirements of delivery on time.
- Loading and unloading trunk vehicles for our network.
- Ensuring customers' pallets are handled correctly.
- Ensuring warehouse is kept clean and tidy in line with H&S.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have Qualifications
- A Level 2 in English & Maths.
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license.
- Warehouse experience preferred in a busy transport environment but not essential.

- Excellent understanding of Health and Safety as an FLT Driver.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Good at prioritising tasks and a great team player.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure with a methodical and thorough approach to work.
