Eusebis is an award-winning restaurant and deli with an offsite bakery in Glasgow’s West End. It offers a unique experience with seasonal menus and a passion for delivering the very best regional Italian food. Since opening, it has featured in the Times top 100 restaurants in the UK and the Waitrose Good Food Guide, as well as the Italian Guide “Gambero Rosso”. The restaurant's success is attributed to its high standards and attention to detail, being independently owned by a family driven by their passion for the restaurant, its team, customers, and the industry as a whole.

We are looking for a highly skilful and passionate Sous Chef in our busy restaurant. As a Sous Chef you will:

  • Have worked to a very high standard and be an accomplished person
  • Have the desire to develop your knowledge and broaden your culinary skills
  • Be able to produce consistently great food with great attention to detail
  • Have previously worked in a quality, fast-paced kitchen
  • Always strive for excellence

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a clean, tidy kitchen, with regular stock checks, labelling audits, and adhering to all health and safety requirements
  • Ensuring all products are prepared to the highest standard with utmost care in presentation
  • Managing stock correctly and maintaining proper records
