We are looking for a highly skilful and passionate Sous Chef in our busy restaurant.

As a Sous Chef you will:

  • Have worked to a very high standard and be an accomplished person
  • Have the desire to develop your knowledge and broaden your culinary skills

  • Have previously worked in a quality, fast-paced kitchen

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure stock is correctly managed and proper records maintained
