Commis Chef – ENDO Chelsea
At ENDO Chelsea, there are only ten seats. Every guest sits in front of Chef Kazutoshi Endo as he cooks, sharing the food, craftsmanship and spirit of Japan in his own way. It's an intimate room where every detail matters, and every person on the team is part of the experience.
We're looking for a Commis Chef to join our small, close-knit kitchen team and support the ENDO omakase experience, learning directly alongside Chef Endo.

Curious about Japanese cuisine, from sushi and seasonal ingredients to traditional techniques (experience is a plus, eagerness to learn matters more)

What you'll do
Support the kitchen team with daily prep, mise en place and service for the ENDO omakase
Learn the techniques behind each course, from handling fish to preparing rice and seasonal garnishes
Work in full view of guests, with the quiet focus and care the counter demands
Keep your section immaculate and organised, following the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
Work closely with the chefs and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience
