- Review and publish warranty policy and relevant documentation to the Dealer network.
- Manage all the UK Dealer Network warranty claims through the OMODA warranty approval system.
- Perform warranty audits (virtual and on-site) when required.
- Validation and application of technical bulletins and campaigns into the UK market.
- Ensure compliance with the British consumer and privacy laws.
- Liaise with local authorities to ensure warranty processes and procedures are complying with the standards of the UK motor industry.
- Responsible to write and deliver (if required) warranty related training courses to the Dealer network.
- Liaise with the Technical Support team ensuring one-voice value is promoted within the department.
- Manage goodwill applications through the Dealer network and liaise with the management team to review and validate requests.
- Monitor and report relevant KPI’s to warranty function (claims, trends, supplier recovery)
- Develop the OMODA warranty approval system along with rest of the Aftersales team, ensuring key functionalities and reporting mechanisms are available.
- Other relevant tasks of the Aftersales Department.
Requirements
- Experienced in managing warranty operations including analysis of data and reporting.
- Ability to influence and engage at all levels to maximise Aftersales share of voice.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
