This is a permanent position at an investment led Multi Family Office which offers bespoke, holistic and independent family financial advice around wealth structuring, fundmanagement, and corporate finance.
The successful candidate will have acrucial role to play on client acquisition and asset gathering.
The company has launched a Cayman fund which is invested in the global secondary markets and offers transparency, liquidity and diversity.
The successful candidate will be expected to grow the asset baseof the Fund, as part of their holistic family wealth advice to their client base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expandbusiness relationships, with a focus on High Net Worth individuals and families.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding theirfamily wealth aspirations and provide tailored advice.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized family wealth solutions forclients.
- Create a network and eco system of external advisors.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
- Risk management and effective control throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in sales or relationship management, withexposure to high net worth individuals
- Some financial industry experience would be preferred
- Tertiary educated, Chinese speaking preferred
- Qualifications in the financial industry such as IMC, IAD, CFA, RDR Level 4/6qualified will be considered positively
- Ability to digest information, take instructions, ask questions, and communicateeffectively with all stakeholders
- Experience in event management, business development and PR responsibilitieswould be considered favourably
- Display an inquisitive nature and possess sound problem solving skills
- Key qualities include: trustworthy, reliable, tenacious, resilient, thorough andexcellent attention to details
