We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead a small, dedicated IT team, responsible for managing our company’s system development and ensuring efficient daily IT support for both internal and external stakeholders. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of our technology infrastructure, driving system improvements, ensuring data security, and supporting operational needs across departments.

Requirements

  • IT Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of IT professionals.
    • Oversee team development and performance, ensuring consistent support and engagement.
    • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on the latest technological advancements and best practices.
  • System Development and Optimization
    • Develop and maintain company systems to ensure stability, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
    • Work closely with various departments to understand system needs and implement solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Oversee system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting, minimizing downtime.
  • Daily IT Support
    • Ensure timely and effective technical support for internal users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
    • Provide high-quality support to external stakeholders as needed, maintaining professionalism and technical accuracy.
    • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve IT service management processes.
  • Project Management
    • Lead IT projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Develop project plans, set timelines, and assign responsibilities within the team.
    • Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing updates and managing expectations.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Implement and enforce IT security protocols to protect company data and resources.
    • Regularly assess risks and address vulnerabilities through proactive system updates and monitoring.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation
    • Manage the IT budget, optimizing resource allocation for hardware, software, and service contracts.
    • Evaluate and recommend technology purchases and upgrades, aligning with business needs and budget constraints.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a related role, with a proven track record of managing IT systems and leading a team.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in system administration, network management, database management, and cybersecurity principles.

Project Management

Experience in managing projects, including planning, budgeting, and executing.

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
