We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Operations Specialist - Planning for a technology-driven Automotive brand.
Ideal candidate has a proven track record within Automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for spare parts planning: analysis the market requirements to purchase spare parts from HQ via system.
- Responsible for management the inventory stock data ensure accurate.
- Monitor the logistic process ensure the spare parts arrival in time.
- Responsible for review the 3PL time and cost to improve process.
- Responsible for the development and execution of the inventory management strategies, including forecasting and replenishment of spare parts to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Deal with HQ side to solve the spare parts claim issues.
- Set up spare parts internal working processes.
Requirements
- The volume automotive OEM spare parts planning experience
- Be familiar with the automotive structure, especially spare parts
- Supply chain experience and ability to analyse complex numerical and financial data.
